I like making quinoa salads because they are super easy and always store well.... if there is anything left to store. I modified a recipe I found at The Diva Dish. The only thing I really changed was adding a 1/2 cup of black olives and omitting the chickpeas (I just didn't have any). This recipe is great because it is high in protein and good fats.
What do you do to relive stress? I hope you run, ride your bike, swim, or just...do a WOD.
